Getting There

San Diego International Airport (SAN), also known as Lindbergh Field, is San Diego’s largest airport. Lindbergh Field is serviced by most major airlines. Conveniently located less than three miles from the downtown area, it is probably the easiest way to get to the Downtown Hampton Inn, where the convention will be held. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle.
Those who don’t mind a bit of a drive or train ride might also want to check airfare rates to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the John Wayne Airport of Orange County (SNA) or the Long Beach Airport (LGB), all within a two hour drive from the San Diego downtown area. Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner and numerous shuttle services offer ground transportation between the Los Angeles/Orange County area to Lindbergh Field. Don’t forget to budget the cost of your ground transportation.
Don’t forget to check with your airline and the TSA website for up to date security regulations prior to your departure.
Those wishing to drive to the convention, the hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area off of I-5 highway.
